Why by appointment only
The Laser Centre is a device practice, not a walk-in clinic. Every visit is booked ahead so the right device and the right amount of time are set aside for you. Some of our devices travel between Richmond Hill and Mississauga, and booking by request means we schedule around that rather than you.

The consultation, with VISIA
New patients start with a consultation. Part of that is a VISIA skin analysis: standardised photographs under controlled lighting that map pigment, redness, texture and visible pores, including changes below what the eye picks up in a mirror. It gives us a baseline to plan from, and a fair way to compare before and after rather than relying on memory.
From there we talk through what is realistic for your skin, which device suits it, and whether a treatment at Richmond Hill would serve you better. No treatment is pushed at the first visit.
