Dr. Andy spent a decade as a master injector in Taiwan before relocating to Ontario, where he has practiced for the past six years. Across both countries, he has built a reputation not through self-promotion, but through results and word of mouth.
He is a highly sought-after clinical trainer in laser and energy-based devices. Through DALASS, his proprietary laser decision-making framework, he addresses a gap that traditional training overlooks: Fitzpatrick skin type alone is not sufficient to guide laser aggressiveness, because lasers interact with melanin, hemoglobin, and water. DALASS adds skin health and skin thickness to the equation, giving clinicians a composite score that answers the question every operator should ask before every treatment: how aggressive can I safely go to achieve real results? He has trained clinics across Canada using this framework.
He specializes in biostimulation, an approach built on restoring what time takes without overriding what makes you, you. A maximum of three patients per day is not a limitation. It is a deliberate choice. Outside the clinic, he explores new trails with his labradoodle.
You may not walk out with that immediate "wow" feeling. That is intentional. In aesthetics, results that look spectacular on day one often do not age well. Dr. Andy plays a longer game, and most patients come to appreciate that deeply, a few years down the road.

She trained under the renowned Dr. Diane Wong at Glow Medi Spa, building a foundation of precision and patient-centred care that defines everything she does.
Specializing in facial and body neurotoxins, Qing brings a compassionate, unhurried presence to every treatment — and a quiet dedication to outcomes that feel effortlessly natural. Away from the clinic, she crafts pao cai, chili sauces, and finds stillness through meditation and yoga.

Dr. Negin is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation and non-surgical liquid facelifts using cosmetic botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. As Medical Director, she brings the clinical rigour and oversight that underpins everything Skin Trek does.
She is a Professor at Seneca College's Faculty of Applied Art and Health Sciences, where she has trained nurses and physicians in cosmetic procedures for over 12 years. She is currently completing her Doctoral degree focused on regenerative medicine and its application in aesthetic care.

Here is something most clinics will not tell you. Once an injector has enough experience, the technical difference between them is smaller than you would think. Technique can be learned. What cannot be learned, or faked, is philosophy.
The market is saturated. There are hundreds of clinics within driving distance, each with polished websites, glowing reviews, and before-and-after galleries. Choosing feels overwhelming, and honestly, it should, because the choice matters.
People often search for the best injector. But the best does not exist. What exists is the right fit. The right fit for your face, your goals, and your values. Two patients can see the same highly skilled injector and walk away with completely different experiences, because what they needed was different. This is why fit matters more than ranking.
My advice, as someone who has trained clinics and treated patients across two countries: start small. Find a clinic you are curious about and book a single area, a small dose of Botox, a conservative treatment. Pay attention to how they listen during the consultation. Notice whether they try to upsell. See how you feel walking out. The relationship you are building matters more than any single result.
You have more options than ever. That is a good thing. Use them. Try a few clinics. And when you find the one whose values match yours, the one who makes you feel heard rather than sold to, stay with them.
