Evidence-based medical aesthetics · Richmond Hill, Ontario
At Skin Trek, we take a quieter approach to aesthetic medicine. Less trends, less volume, more restraint. We aim for results that age well, even if they do not try very hard to impress you at first.

Founder & Cosmetic Injector
16+ Years in Aesthetic Medicine · Prefers Results That Speak for Themselves
Dr. Andy trained as a physician in Taiwan and practiced there for over a decade before moving to Ontario, where he now works as an International Medical Graduate under medical director delegation, a title long enough to make most people stop asking follow-up questions.
He has been in aesthetic medicine for over 16 years, which sounds impressive until you realize most of that time was spent quietly trying to make results look less noticeable, not more. This is, unfortunately, not the most marketable skill.
His clinical focus is biostimulation and tissue tightening. Sculptra, hyperdiluted Radiesse, and Ultherapy. All excellent if you enjoy patience, subtlety, and not seeing dramatic changes immediately after spending money. Occasionally, he teaches energy-based devices to other practitioners. As an introvert, this is deeply uncomfortable for him. Standing in front of a group of people and explaining things for hours is, in many ways, his personal version of a nightmare. But he does it anyway, because sharing knowledge feels important, even if he would much rather be at home not doing that.
Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of patients across Taiwan and Canada, and has developed a particular sensitivity to the nuances of East Asian facial anatomy, mainly because treating everyone the same way tends to lead to very similar-looking faces. He tries to avoid that.
If you are looking for an immediate "wow" moment, this may not be the right place. Dr. Andy tends to aim for results that are subtle, stable, and difficult for other people to pinpoint, which means you might leave wondering if anything happened at all. A few years later, it usually makes more sense.
Registered Nurse
CBAM Certified · 5+ Years Cosmetic Nursing
Qing is a highly skilled cosmetic nurse who completed her aesthetic certification with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) in 2019. She trained under the renowned Dr. Diane Wong at Glow Medi Spa, building a foundation of precision and patient-centred care that defines everything she does.
Specializing in facial and body neurotoxins, Qing brings a compassionate, unhurried presence to every treatment, with a quiet dedication to outcomes that feel effortlessly natural. Away from the clinic, she crafts pao cai, chili sauces, and finds stillness through meditation and yoga.
Medical Director & Nurse Practitioner
Double Board Certified · Seneca College Faculty
Dr. Negin is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation and non-surgical liquid facelifts using cosmetic botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. As Medical Director, she brings the clinical rigour and oversight that underpins everything Skin Trek does.
She is a Professor at Seneca College's Faculty of Applied Art and Health Sciences, where she has trained nurses and physicians in cosmetic procedures for over 12 years. She is currently completing her Doctoral degree focused on regenerative medicine and its application in aesthetic care.
How we work
There's a certain kind of clinic that rushes you in, upsells, and moves on. We built Skin Trek as the opposite of that.
Start with a consultation →An honest word
Once an injector has enough experience, the technical difference between them is smaller than you would think. Technique can be learned. What cannot be learned, or faked, is philosophy.
The best injector does not exist. What exists is the right fit, for your face, your goals, and your values.
